Judiciary Committee Passes Bill to Create DV Attorney Network
On May 15, 2008, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed a bipartisan bill by U.S. Senator Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-DE) designed to increase federal resources to create a network of volunteer attorneys to combat domestic violence. For more information, click here.

New ABA Websites in Support of DV
The Commission has been working in collaboration with other ABA entities on two new projects, both of which have launched websites full of resources. These websites are both dynamic works-in-progress and will serve many functions, including acting as a clearinghouse for information for attorneys on trafficking in persons and LGBT domestic violence.
