Commission Awards 2008 Hearne Award to Lester T. Pritchard
The Commission on Mental and Physical Disability Law awarded its 2008 Paul G. Hearne Award for Disability Rights to Lester T. Pritchard, a disability rights advocate. Lester is currently the Chairperson of the Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities. He will be given the Award at the 2008 ABA Annual Meeting in New York City.
